Flexion & Distraction
Flexion-distraction therapy manipulates your spine by combining the movements of the table, stretching and decompressing the spine to relieve your back, leg, neck, or arm pain. Flexion-distraction therapy can reduce the pressure on the spinal nerves from bulging or herniated discs and it can also be a beneficial treatment option for spinal stenosis and spinal degenerative joint/disc diseases. This type of therapy can also improve the range of motion of the spine and promote healthy spinal discs.

Chiropractic Mobilization/Manipulation
In mobilization, the doctor will slowly move the joint within its normal range of movement while manipulation therapy involves using shorter, sharp movements to push a joint beyond its normal range of movement. This will restore normal joint function and muscle balance. The goal is to improve spinal/extremity motions and the physical function of the entire body.

Iastm (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a skilled intervention used for soft-tissue treatment. By applying instruments that are usually made of stainless steel with beveled edges which are contoured, the therapist can conform to different body locations and allow for deeper penetration. It’s used for the detection and treatment of soft tissue disorders. This type of therapy is especially effective in treating patients with scar tissues and myofascial adhesions.

Myofascial Release Technique
Myofascial release is a manual therapy technique that is similar to massage therapy. Myofascial tissues are thin, tough membranes that connect, wrap and support your muscles. Myofascial pain often originates from trigger points, which are related to stiff, anchored areas within the myofascial tissues. During myofascial release therapy, the doctor will first detect the area that is stiff and fixed, then use pressure points and stretching to release the restriction by loosening up the tight and stiff myofascial tissues.

Therapeutic Stretching And Exercise
There is a wide range of stretch therapy techniques, including massage, foam rolling, myofascial release, as well as traditional stretching techniques. The doctor will use stretch therapy when the patient has tight muscles and restricted joints. The therapeutic exercise therapy will restore physical function and balance and improve the endurance and strength in order to enhance your daily activities. When performed properly, stretch and exercise therapies can help prevent future injuries and improve the patient’s performance.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation

Kinesio Taping
The Kinesio Taping is a therapeutic taping technique that alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. This allows for decreased inflammation in affected areas. It can also be used on the area of injured joints to provide just enough pressure to stabilize the joints while still allowing motion. This special taping method helps to improve circulation, support muscles and joints, allow injured areas to heal and prevent further injuries.
